inform you of our registration and our obtaining of Russian Federation State Status.

The All-Russia Yun Chun Quan (Wing Chun) Federation informs you
how to join the Federation.

See below for all documents necessary to join the Federation, as well as photographs to obtain your sports passport (please see below for more passport details). You may send your application to the address stated in Contacts.

Rules of registration

1. If you want to represent Russia and have overall authority in your region (city, area etc.) for Yun Chun Quan (Wing Chun) development, study and promotion, then you need to create a Regional Branch (city, area etc.) of the All-Russia Sports and Social Organisation All-Russia Yun Chun Quan (Wing Chun) Federation based on the attached Memorandum of Association.

2. Furthermore, having created a Regional Branch (city, area etc.) of the All-Russia Sports and Social Organisation All-Russia Yun Chun Quan (Wing Chun) Federation it is necessary to submit an application from your organisation stating your wish to join the All-Russia Sports and Social Organisation All-Russia Yun Chun Quan (Wing Chun) Federation and your official consent to the Memorandum.

3. To choose a representative for the Founders Conference in Moscow (a sample of a founding meeting is attached).

4. To submit a copy of your organisation’s Registration Certificate.

5. You may also join the Federation as a private individual or with your pre-established sports organisation. In this case it is necessary to: 1. Prove your consent to the Memorandum (The Minutes of the Meeting for Organisations). 2. Submit a copy of your organisation’s Certificate. 3. Submit an application of entry according to your chosen status. 4. Obtain a Sports Passport (2 photographs of 3x4cm, see below). 5. To pay an annual fee.

All-Russia Sports and Social Organisation All-Russia Yun Chun Quan (Wing Chun) Federation plans for its Federation members:

• To carry out the Founding Conference of the All Russia Sports and Social Organisation All-Russia Yun Chun Quan (Wing Chun) Federation.
  
  
• Registration of regional social unions.
  
  
• Carry out seminars on qualifications’ level advancement enlisting Chinese, Vietnamese and European Masters (Moscow).
  
  
• Assistance in designing the individual training programs according to state standards.
  
  
• Carry out seminars in regions.
  
  
• Carry out competitions.
  
  
• Distributing teaching video material and printed manuals.
  
  
• Topical evenings: 1. Support and development of various directions of Yun Chun Quan (Wing Chun). 2. Creation of a single standard to carry out competitions and qualification grades.

To obtain a passport it is necessary to provide 2 photographs of 3x4cm, coloured photos are allowed.
